What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered features in collaboration with product engineering teams
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into existing products and systems
- Build and improve infrastructure and tools that accelerate AI product development
- Create evaluation sets and quality pipelines to continuously improve ML performance
- Operate across the stack—frontend, API, backend, and database—where needed
- Mentor junior engineers while setting strong technical and cultural examples
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise in working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, and agentic frameworks
- Experience designing and scaling fullstack applications (backend, APIs, frontend)
