What You’ll Do
- Own the creative vision and roadmap for Deel’s marketing website in alignment with brand and growth goals
- Lead a cross-functional web team, collaborating with SEO, CRO, Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams
- Develop engaging, results-driven web experiences through strategic design and iteration
- Manage and evolve the Website Design System with developers based on business needs
- Continuously improve UX/UI through testing and adherence to best practices
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of web projects that meet brand and performance standards
- Establish systems and processes to streamline web operations and increase project velocity
What You Need
- 9+ years in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
- Deep knowledge of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development
- Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and execution in web and digital campaigns
- Experience leading web initiatives in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
