Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (Illinois-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor enterprise application systems, servers, and automated processing using job scheduling software
  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 hardware and software support, escalating complex issues when needed
  • Diagnose and resolve job failures, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure operational stability
  • Collaborate with application support teams, offshore associates, and automation specialists
  • Maintain accurate documentation, job dependencies, and standard operating procedures

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or Technical Institute certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of IT experience with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools, enterprise systems, and basic SAP architecture
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
