What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy models for workforce demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization
- Implement workforce allocation algorithms to improve staffing efficiency and resource distribution
- Develop predictive and descriptive models using statistics, machine learning, and AI/LLMs
- Create dashboards and visualizations to support workforce operations and strategic planning
- Clean, transform, and optimize data for analysis and modeling
- Monitor model performance and data quality, implementing processes to ensure reliability and consistency
- Use CI/CD pipelines and APIs to operationalize models into target environments
- Partner with Operations, People, and Finance to translate business needs into actionable analytics
- Present insights and model outputs to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics
- Strong knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, A/B testing) and ML methods (time series forecasting, supervised/unsupervised learning, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL for extraction, prep, analysis, and modeling
- Experience with workforce optimization, workforce planning, or HR analytics
- Experience building dashboards in tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong engineering habits: clear, maintainable, testable code and experience with Git/GitHub

What You’ll Do
- Build statistical models that track patient outcomes and inform treatment decisions
- Design experimental and observational studies and develop statistical analysis plans
- Extract, clean, transform, and optimize EHR and mental health data for analysis
- Analyze outcomes data, write internal reports, present findings to stakeholders, and publish in academic journals
- Translate complex results into clear recommendations, reports, and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with data scientists, analysts, engineers, clinical researchers, and product managers to identify where rigorous analysis can improve care
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
What You Need
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree plus 5+ years of industry experience
- 3+ years building statistical/mathematical models focused on mental health outcomes and treatment decision support
- 3+ years working with experimental and observational data, including missing data in real-world treatment settings
- 3+ years experience in experimental and observational study design
- Deep knowledge of causal inference, multilevel models, and other advanced statistical methods
- Track record of academic writing and publishing
