What You’ll Do
- Define and implement test plans for multi-tier, distributed applications
- Conduct functional, regression, load, and system testing across the SDLC
- Develop automated testing systems using commercial tools and scripting
- Identify, report, and track defects, and work with dev teams to resolve them
- Validate software/system requirements and ensure end-to-end traceability
- Review designs and change specs to meet project and process standards
- Proactively detect security vulnerabilities and performance risks
- Support software quality objectives across VA systems, including CCSS
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Prior experience supporting the VA, specifically CCSS contracts
- Experience with UI testing and automated test frameworks
- Strong grasp of testing methodologies, QA best practices, and documentation
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
