What You’ll Do

  • Build automated alerts, system updates, and dynamic dashboards that support strategic decision-making
  • Use programming to automate manual processes across the organization
  • Partner with stakeholders to define data terms and ensure reporting matches business expectations
  • Help develop data pipelines and transformations that power dashboards, reporting, and analytics
  • Own your work end-to-end: prioritization, stakeholder specs, status updates, coding, and documentation

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • 1–3 years of experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels (requests, discrepancies, user support)
  • Comfort working with data warehouse concepts and table structures
  • Ability to write and maintain code across multiple languages
  • Enjoys ownership, learning, and thoughtful debate in a high-impact team

Nice to Have

  • Financial services or mortgage lending experience
  • Experience with webhooks and APIs
  • Palantir Foundry experience
  • Experience evaluating/optimizing large language models and writing high-impact prompts for NLP work
