What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer questions about RCM and billing workflows via email through the help desk platform
  • Triage tickets, escalate to the right internal teams, and include clear, detailed context
  • Support engineering with ticket creation, review, and prioritization
  • Develop a deep understanding of Prompt’s billing and RCM features to troubleshoot accurately
  • Promote customer satisfaction by understanding each clinic’s unique needs and delivering clear, helpful answers
  • Spot patterns in issues and advocate for product or process improvements to enhance the customer experience

What You Need

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles (tech support or similar)
  • Medical billing background required; physical therapy billing strongly preferred
  • Experience in clinical development or billing operations (claims review, submission, RCM follow-up, data management, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort testing, troubleshooting, and thinking through edge cases in software
  • Ability to multitask, document work, follow instructions, and keep things organized
  • Proficiency with Excel and general comfort learning new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
