What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions about billing and RCM via email using our help desk platform
  • Triage tickets, escalate issues, and ensure all relevant details are captured for internal teams
  • Support engineering by creating, reviewing, and prioritizing support tickets
  • Become an expert on our software offerings to support clients effectively
  • Foster customer loyalty by delivering value and anticipating client needs
  • Identify and advocate for product/service improvements to elevate the customer experience

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in tech support or customer-facing roles
  • Strong background in medical billing (Physical Therapy billing highly preferred)
  • Experience in clinical development or RCM workflows (claims, data, submission, etc.)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident troubleshooting in software environments
  • Self-starter mindset with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Quick learner with a passion for tech

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup or B2B SaaS experience
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms
  • Advanced Excel experience a plus
