- Compensation: $24.00–$28.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer questions about RCM and billing features via email using our help desk platform
- Triage, escalate, and document tickets with complete repro steps and context for engineering
- Support creation, review, and prioritization of engineering tickets
- Build deep product knowledge to resolve issues across our single-channel support model
- Identify patterns and advocate enhancements to improve product and service
- Drive satisfaction and retention by understanding each clinic’s evolving needs
What You Need
- 3+ years in customer-facing tech support or similar role
- Medical billing background required; physical therapy billing strongly preferred
- Experience in clinical/RCM ops (claim submission/review, follow-up, data/system management, etc.)
- Analytical, systems thinker with strong troubleshooting and testing skills
- Proficient in Excel; excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-directed, quick learner; organized with solid record-keeping and reporting skills
- Nice to have: Startup/B2B SaaS experience, Zendesk (or similar), advanced Excel
