What You’ll Do

  • Build, refine, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for operational visibility, workforce performance, client commitments, and program outcomes
  • Source, transform, and integrate data from internal and external systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Design and maintain semantic models that support scalable reporting across clinical, operational, and financial datasets
  • Partner with business owners, analysts, product teams, and operational leaders to translate questions into BI requirements and solutions
  • Monitor and optimize datasets, models, and report performance for fast, reliable Power BI experiences
  • Create and maintain documentation for data sources, transformation logic, models, and reporting standards
  • Train and support users to improve adoption and promote a self-service analytics culture
  • Support workflow automation and lightweight app needs using Power Automate and Power Apps as applicable

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of BI or data analytics experience with demonstrated Power BI expertise
  • Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service) and the Microsoft BI stack
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing principles
  • Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organization, ownership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
