What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming support requests via phone, chat, and online customer portal
- Support end users with account management, education, and on-call schedule management
- Assist with mobile and web app usage, configuration, builds, and revisions

- Configure and deploy custom applications using best practices to match workflow needs
