What You’ll Do

  • Design technical and non-technical visual presentations for proposals, reports, websites, and marketing materials

  • Ensure consistency with brand standards in all deliverables

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design required
  • 5+ years of professional design experience (proposal marketing, business communications, web content, and document design)
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML
  • Strong knowledge of web layout and content management tools; familiarity with multimedia (video, audio, animation) a plus
  • Experience with healthcare services proposals, especially Medicaid/managed care, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to competitive, winning proposals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff and management
