  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, or TypeScript
  • Strong IaC skills with Terraform/OpenTofu; Terragrunt experience a plus
  • CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins) and containerization (Docker; orchestration)
  • Observability fluency (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb, Loki, Sumo Logic, OpsGenie)
  • Proven ability to decompose complex problems and deliver iteratively
  • Hands-on on-call experience troubleshooting distributed systems
  • Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup
