What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve Vizcom’s visual brand across digital, web, campaigns, and storytelling
- Design and build Webflow pages to support launches, updates, and always-on marketing
- Translate complex product value into compelling visual narratives for a design-driven audience
- Collaborate closely with product design to influence feature presentation and brand integration
- Create assets across static, motion, and interactive formats, managing contractors as needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: web, social, campaigns, events, and product GTM
- Push creative limits with bold, trend-aware design that speaks to designers worldwide
What You Need
- 5–8 years of brand, web, or marketing design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong background in web and marketing design, ideally with Webflow experience
- Strong visual instincts and ability to build scalable brand systems
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working remotely and/or within startups
- Bonus: familiarity with motion design, 3D workflows, or tools used by designers and product teams

Compensation
- Zone 1 (SF, NYC, LA, Seattle): $140K–$160K base + equity
- Zone 2 (Austin, Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia): $130K–$150K base + equity
- Zone 3 (Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Kansas City): $120K–$140K base + equity
(Final package will be determined by experience, location, and business considerations.)
