What You’ll Do
- Own the creative vision and execution for Deel’s marketing website, aligning design with brand strategy and growth goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams — SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, Growth, and Design — to build seamless, high-impact web experiences
- Lead a web team of designers, developers, and external partners to deliver best-in-class designs
- Continuously enhance UX and UI through iteration, testing, and data-driven insights
- Maintain and evolve the Website Design System to support scalable and self-serve design operations
- Translate performance data, business needs, and user insights into strategic design initiatives
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, aligned with performance objectives, and consistent with Deel’s brand
What You Need
- 9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
- A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution across campaigns
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development
- Experience managing large-scale web initiatives in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketing operations

By 6 Months:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of iOS mobile applications for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi-enabled IoT hardware

- 6+ years of experience building mobile applications for iOS

- Experience structuring large iOS apps involving 10–20+ developers
- Familiarity with CI/CD and delivery tools (Fastlane, TestFlight, GitHub Actions, Ruby/Python/Shell scripting)
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, JSON, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with IoT devices and connected ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
