- Brindar soporte técnico a clientes, diagnosticando y resolviendo problemas de manera oportuna

- Responder consultas relacionadas con productos, aclarando dudas y ofreciendo soluciones claras y concisas

Lo Que Necesitas
- Experiencia previa en ecosistemas AdTech o MarTech
- Conocimiento en plataformas de publicidad digital como DMPs, DSPs u otras herramientas similares
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos
- Capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas
- Conocimientos sólidos de SQL
- Familiaridad con al menos un lenguaje de programación (deseable, no obligatorio)

What You’ll Do
