What You’ll Do
- Define the technical vision and reference architecture for agentic AI across products
- Build reusable platform components such as model brokers, orchestration services, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry systems
- Establish standards for reasoning loops, function calling, memory, safety, and interoperability
- Drive cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and SaaS Ops, setting integration and API standards
- Mentor engineering teams, raising the bar for AI adoption and implementation
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, HIPAA, ONC practices, and security standards
What You Need
- Proven leadership delivering agentic AI systems at scale across multiple products
- Familiarity with healthcare and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ONC-aligned practices, clinical workflows)
- Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence
- Strong Python expertise for production systems and deep experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex
- Experience with RAG pipelines (OCR, NER, embeddings, vector stores, quality/versioning)
- Knowledge of model serving, multi-model routing, and performance optimization
- Hands-on implementation of RBAC, privacy controls, and Responsible AI standards

What You’ll Do
