Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Define the technical vision and reference architecture for agentic AI across products
  • Build reusable platform components such as model brokers, orchestration services, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry systems
  • Establish standards for reasoning loops, function calling, memory, safety, and interoperability
  • Drive cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and SaaS Ops, setting integration and API standards
  • Mentor engineering teams, raising the bar for AI adoption and implementation
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, HIPAA, ONC practices, and security standards

What You Need

  • Proven leadership delivering agentic AI systems at scale across multiple products
  • Familiarity with healthcare and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ONC-aligned practices, clinical workflows)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence
  • Strong Python expertise for production systems and deep experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex
  • Experience with RAG pipelines (OCR, NER, embeddings, vector stores, quality/versioning)
  • Knowledge of model serving, multi-model routing, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on implementation of RBAC, privacy controls, and Responsible AI standards
