What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and scale ML models for personalization, automation, and growth use cases
- Build real-time inference APIs and recommendation systems
- Integrate model outputs into user-facing mobile and backend features
- Develop self-serve ML infrastructure to accelerate experimentation across teams
- Architect feature pipelines, training workflows, and scalable model serving systems
- Monitor model health, performance, and drift in production
- Mentor engineers and collaborate on technical strategy
- Participate in on-call rotation and support live services
What You Need
- 8+ years building and scaling ML-powered systems
- Expertise with Python or Java, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), and SQL
