What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor engineers building React and Python-based web applications for data exploration and insights
  • Guide development of dynamic dashboards, including embedded Sigma graphs
  • Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to deliver applications for clinical, logistics, and analytics workflows
  • Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for internal data apps with a focus on usability and performance
  • Promote best practices in development, code quality, observability, and secure design
  • Support team growth through mentorship, feedback, and career development
  • Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to build a strong, inclusive engineering culture

What You Need

  • 2+ years managing engineering teams building production web apps
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend tech (React, TypeScript, Python, Flask/FastAPI)
  • Experience integrating embedded analytics tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong product and user empathy, with ability to translate needs into intuitive apps
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data engineers
  • Strong communication and collaborative leadership style
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, biotech, finance) is a plus

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
