What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor engineers building React and Python-based web applications for data exploration and insights
- Guide development of dynamic dashboards, including embedded Sigma graphs
- Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to deliver applications for clinical, logistics, and analytics workflows
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for internal data apps with a focus on usability and performance
- Promote best practices in development, code quality, observability, and secure design
- Support team growth through mentorship, feedback, and career development
- Collaborate with recruiting and leadership to build a strong, inclusive engineering culture
What You Need
- 2+ years managing engineering teams building production web apps
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend tech (React, TypeScript, Python, Flask/FastAPI)
- Experience integrating embedded analytics tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong product and user empathy, with ability to translate needs into intuitive apps
- Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and data engineers
- Strong communication and collaborative leadership style
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, biotech, finance) is a plus

What You’ll Do

- Present research findings as compelling, actionable stories for technical and non-technical audiences
- Use a broad toolkit of methods including usability testing, surveys, interviews, card sorts, and contextual inquiries
- Synthesize findings with analytics, market research, and SEO insights for a complete user view

What You Need

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate, deploy, and support enterprise COTS/SaaS applications

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and scoping IT Tier 1 & 2 projects, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Track daily project activities, tasks, schedules, and documentation
- Facilitate stand-ups, stakeholder updates, and action items
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
- Support requirements gathering, change requests, and impact assessments
- Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and project KPIs

- Analytical mindset with comfort working with metrics and reporting
