What You’ll Do

  • Lead infrastructure design and maintain reference architectures for Ensono solutions.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance to align with client and business needs.
  • Develop methodologies for integrating innovation with governance and enterprise architecture.
  • Document, present, and communicate technology roadmaps across diverse audiences.
  • Support client sales opportunities, including OpenShift and containerization technologies.
  • Act as subject matter expert for infrastructure within client environments.
  • Ensure designs meet functional, technical, and SLA requirements.

What You Need

  • 8+ years of related IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in ITILv4, ITSM, and situational TOGAF.
  • Strong background in mainframe (IBM) and open systems.
  • Experience in infrastructure architecture, solution design, and client consultation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Ensono products.
  • Hands-on with containerization (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift).
  • Experience with server hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco).
  • Familiarity with Unix (RHEL, AIX, Solaris, HPUX), Microsoft platforms (AD, Windows, DNS, SharePoint).
  • Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi, NetApp, Dell) and VMware.
  • Network and security tools (Cisco, Checkpoint, load balancing).
