What You’ll Do
- Lead automated test strategy using Cypress and Cucumber BDD
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks that support CI/CD
- Drive test automation best practices and consistent quality standards across projects
- Mentor junior QA engineers through training, script reviews, and standardization
- Partner with developers, product owners, DevOps, and other stakeholders to embed automation into the SDLC
- Evaluate and introduce new tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Run performance testing and security testing to uncover vulnerabilities and stability risks

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 5+ years in QA automation, SDET, or software engineering (or equivalent combined experience)

- Understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices
- Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL database concepts
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
