About the Team
You’ll join a growing group of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Technology leaders. The team is at the forefront of applying AI/ML across the company, driving innovation and impact.

Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable, reliable LLM services in Python, leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta’s LLaMA, and AWS
  • Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
  • Build or integrate Voice AI technologies and productize at scale
  • Translate business needs into tailored LLM solutions, including prompt co-creation and fine-tuning
  • Partner with data science to optimize models and develop best practices for deployment
  • Ensure high performance to support hundreds of concurrent users per second
  • Maintain strong data privacy and security compliance
  • Produce documentation, technical specs, and training resources
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to share knowledge and establish standards
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Python development experience with a focus on LLM applications
  • Proven experience deploying scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Hands-on expertise with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, MongoDB, LanceDB)
  • Strong grasp of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and transfer learning
  • Familiarity with OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face, or other LLM frameworks
  • Automation and scaling experience
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
