As a Founding AI/ML Engineer, you’ll work at the cutting edge of applied AI to build small and large language models tailored for real-time social experiences. 🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design, train, and retrain custom SLMs/LLMs using state-of-the-art architectures
- Select, clean, and represent complex data sets for training and inference

- Collaborate with mobile, backend, and product teams to bring ML features to life

🧠 You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Are finishing (or have completed) an MS or PhD in CS, AI, Stats, or Math at a U.S. university
- Have hands-on experience with training models, building AI prototypes, and delivering working systems
- Can code in Python, JavaScript, Java, or R and are fluent in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.js
- Understand probability, stats, optimization, and can reason from first principles
