What You’ll Do
- Provide support via phone, email, chat, and messaging to help customers troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Represent Allegion with professionalism and accuracy, creating service request tickets as needed
- Develop a working knowledge of Allegion residential products, reference materials, and internal systems
- Handle customer interactions through resolution or escalate when necessary
- Meet performance goals and build trust through reliable follow-through
- Contribute to internal communication via team chats and forums
What You Need
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Ability to multitask, type 35+ WPM, and communicate clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic web apps
- Comfortable using smart devices and learning technical concepts
- Remote work setup with reliable internet access
