What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright with TypeScript
- Develop testing strategies combining traditional and AI-assisted methods for coverage and efficiency
- Lead an automation-first approach for scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality test scripts
- Troubleshoot issues with automation scripts and pipeline execution
- Provide technical mentorship, training, and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to maintain quality and meet delivery timelines
- Contribute to a culture of personal ownership, high quality, and customer-focused execution
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing (Playwright with TypeScript required)
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks
- Proficiency with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot (or similar)
- Strong background in manual test case design, execution, and review
- Familiarity with TestRail, Azure Test Plans, or other test management tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured)
- Expertise in SQL and relational database concepts (Azure SQL)
- Prior work with Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor, guide, and lead within agile teams
