What You’ll Do
- Design and build API-driven backend services using Elixir (or transferable skills in other backend languages)
- Own the uptime, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and scalable architectures
- Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security best practices
- Participate in on-call rotations and postmortems to ensure continuous improvement
