What You’ll Do
- Plan, lead, and review IS audits end-to-end—from risk assessment through reporting to senior management
- Apply data analytics, AI, and agile methods to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct risk assessments to guide audit planning and ensure focus on key technology risks
- Build strong relationships with business and technology leaders, serving as a trusted advisor
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats and IS best practices to deliver timely insights
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, information systems, finance, or related field plus professional certification (CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA)
- 5+ years professional experience, with at least 3 years auditing IT processes and 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of IS controls, frameworks (NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA), and compliance requirements (SOX, MAR)
- Hands-on experience auditing cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and cybersecurity domains
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead complex audits and present to leadership
Preferred
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Public accounting experience
- Background auditing healthcare systems (claims processing, EHRs)
Salary
- $80,000 – $135,000 per year (range allows for growth within role; final offer based on qualifications, experience, and location)
