What You’ll Do

  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and research teams to ensure experiences uphold brand identity
  • Advocate for customers in an agile product environment and bridge business/user goals
  • Apply and expand the digital design system, ensuring consistent and efficient design delivery
  • Partner with third-party providers for research and testing when needed
  • Mentor product designers and contribute to design culture within the team

What You Need

  • Expertise in at least one and proficiency in multiple areas: user research, interaction design, information architecture, UX writing, visual design, service design, prototyping, quantitative research, animation
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present design decisions and rationale
  • Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with retail and eCommerce environments a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience & Tools

  • 5+ years of UX/digital product design experience (UX Designer, Visual Designer, Information Architect, Interaction Designer, or User Researcher)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency with Figma, Axure (or similar wireframing tools), Adobe Creative Suite, and usability testing tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Framer, and other prototyping platforms
  • Comfortable in Apple OS environments

Compensation

What You’ll Do
