What You’ll Do
- Develop, configure, and maintain OT security tools to improve incident response capabilities
- Monitor OT security events, assess threats, and coordinate with SOC to respond to incidents
- Design and implement security controls for current and future OT projects
- Lead vulnerability management, penetration testing, and corrective actions for industrial systems
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and metrics on OT security posture for leadership
- Enhance security operations frameworks, policies, and incident response playbooks
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional experience in OT security and operations
- Knowledge of industrial controls and automation equipment (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, VFDs)
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ICS MITRE ATT&CK, IEC 62443
- Experience implementing security controls in OT engineering projects
- Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
