What You’ll Do
- Design engaging UI/UX solutions aligned with client goals and industry standards
- Translate concepts into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Create and expand design systems and reusable components
- Leverage user feedback, metrics, and KPIs to optimize usability
- Work closely with the UI/UX Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for apps and web
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
- Expert knowledge of Figma, with additional Photoshop skills
- Solid understanding of UX methods (Competitor Analysis, User Flows, Wireframes)
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Experience collaborating with development teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating high-quality design
Preferred Qualifications
- Motion design skills (After Effects, Animate, or Rive)
- Basic 3D or illustration experience
