⦁ Work closely with engineers, developers, solution architects, product managers, and technical product teams
⦁ Own a queue of documentation update requests with clear turnaround and quality expectations
⦁ Client-facing writing with consistent style and communication standards

What You’ll Do

⦁ Review and manage an inbound queue of documentation update requests, ensuring efficient assignment and timely completion

⦁ Research, write, edit, and enhance client-facing documentation for the Developer Hub and other technical documentation projects

⦁ Translate complex technical concepts and jargon into clear, accessible, detailed content for advanced engineering clients

⦁ Collaborate cross-functionally to gather accurate product and engineering details that improve documentation clarity

⦁ Produce polished documentation deliverables including API references, user guides, release notes, installation guides, tutorials, and related materials

⦁ Continuously update existing documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and best practices

⦁ Maintain and reinforce the One Inc Technical Writers’ Style Guide and documentation best practices

What You Need

⦁ 1–2+ years of technical writing experience delivering complete documentation solutions for complex products

⦁ Experience writing documentation for software products

⦁ Exposure to API documentation and technical writing for developer audiences

⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills across groups, presentations, and stakeholder levels

⦁ Strong collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills to get what you need from busy teams

⦁ Familiarity with Jira and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

⦁ Ability to use ReadMe documentation tools or similar documentation platforms
