What You’ll Do
- Lead development estimation activities and present estimates to senior leaders
- Ensure effective data integration across multiple applications
- Design and build complex functionality within the RxClaim adjudication application
- Mentor and lead assigned team projects; support junior resources as needed
- Review technical solutions and produce/maintain documentation (analysis/designs, program specs, code reviews)
- Help define standards, methodologies, and guidelines and ensure SDLC compliance
- Align solutions with RxClaim application architecture and quality standards
What You Need
- 5+ years of AS/400 (IBMi) application development experience
- 3+ years development experience with RPG/RPGLE and CL
- Experience with Synon 2/E (COOL 2/E)
- 3+ years of IBMi SQL experience
- 5+ years of recent experience leading (projects/teams/technical leadership)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
