What You’ll Do

  • Converse with AI models on real-world and theoretical art scenarios
  • Evaluate factual accuracy, creative sensibility, and cultural context
  • Identify failure modes, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements
  • Challenge models with concepts spanning composition, design principles, media history, technique, and art criticism
  • Document your process with clarity and rigor (“show your work”)

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or related discipline (visual, digital, or media arts)
  • Background in any form of art or design, from painting and sculpture to photography, fashion, interior, or industrial design
  • Experience or interest in digital content creation and online media platforms
  • Familiarity with image editing, visual storytelling, and emerging aesthetics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain process and reasoning
