About the Role
We’re looking for creative professionals who can help shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates artistic concepts. Your expertise will guide AI models in learning visual theory, design principles, creative expression, and cultural context across a variety of art forms.
You’ll work directly with AI language models—presenting artistic challenges, assessing their responses, and improving their ability to reason like an artist.
Compensation
- Rate: $8 – $30/hour (based on experience, expertise, and location)
- Type: Contract (no company-sponsored benefits)
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with AI models on topics related to:
- Visual arts (painting, drawing, sculpture)
- Digital arts (graphic design, illustration, 3D modeling, animation)
- Photography, fashion, interior/industrial design
- Film, media arts, art history, criticism, and conceptual/mixed media art
- Evaluate creative sensibility, factual accuracy, and technical precision.
- Identify and document reasoning errors and suggest improvements.
- Provide insight into composition, style, technique, and historical context.
- Clearly explain your thought process (“show your work”) to strengthen model learning.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any art or design-related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Deep knowledge in at least one major artistic discipline.
- Familiarity with image editing software, online media platforms, or digital content creation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
- A passion for both traditional and modern forms of visual expression.
Remote Work Requirements

- Availability to collaborate across time zones in the EMEA region.
