What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead development estimation activities and present estimates to senior leaders
⦁ Ensure effective data integration across multiple applications
⦁ Design and build complex functionality within the RxClaim application (adjudication area)
⦁ Mentor and lead assigned team projects and support junior resources as needed
⦁ Review technical solutions and document projects (analysis/designs, program specs, code reviews)
⦁ Help define standards, methodologies, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with RxClaim architecture
⦁ Champion SDLC best practices to maintain and improve quality standards
What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of AS/400 (IBM i) application development experience
⦁ 3+ years of development in RPG, RPGLE, and CL
⦁ 3+ years of Synon 2/E (COOL 2/E) experience
⦁ 3+ years of IBM i SQL experience
⦁ 5+ years of recent experience leading (projects/teams/technical direction)
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
