GovCIO is seeking an Application Developer to support the development and enhancement of case management software for a federal customer. This fully remote role is an opportunity to design, code, and maintain secure applications that directly support mission-critical systems.

Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States
- Secret clearance required
- IAT Level II Certification required
What You’ll Do
- Build, code, and maintain applications using C++, Visual Basic, Java, and other languages
- Support Agile-driven incremental software releases
- Modify and maintain existing software to meet evolving requirements
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to define and validate requirements
- Contribute to system compliance and authorization efforts
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards
- Write and revise documentation, including operations manuals and user guides
What You Need
- High school diploma with 10+ years of experience (or equivalent)
- Secret clearance required
- IAT Level II certification
- Proficiency in Telerik for web-based applications
- Strong skills in ASP.NET, C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML/JSON, and Oracle datasets
- Experience with Agile methodologies and incremental release cycles
Preferred Skills
- UI/UX design experience
- PL/SQL knowledge
