This is a hybrid dev + production support role. You’ll build and maintain complex web apps, troubleshoot issues, and support software through the full lifecycle. It’s for someone who can code, communicate, and not panic when something breaks.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document new and existing applications
- Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
- Use flowcharts/data flow diagrams/UML to communicate designs
- Participate in the full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, release)
- Write technical specs and maintain system documentation
- Analyze code to find root causes and revise programs accordingly
- Join code reviews and software design meetings
- Work directly with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug
- Support application functionality and handle “other duties as assigned”
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Java and/or TypeScript
- Familiarity with OOA/OOD (object-oriented analysis/design)
- Experience building complex web applications
- Experience with JSP and/or Spring Boot
- Ability to learn new languages/tech quickly
- Comfort working with minimal supervision and making independent judgments
