- Team: Customer Support & Operations
- Travel: Company offsites ~2x per year
What You’ll Do
- Ensure the AI Agent resolves customer questions quickly and accurately
- Review chat transcripts and performance dashboards to spot patterns and gaps
- Prioritize automation opportunities and expand AI coverage areas
- Recommend content, workflow, and integration changes to reduce friction
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support to scope and roll out fixes
- Monitor KPIs and share insights; influence broader support strategy with data
What You Need
- 4+ years in customer support, CX, or support operations (fintech a plus)
- Hands-on experience maintaining enterprise conversational AI/virtual agents
- Comfortable with analytics tools and dashboards; data-driven decision maker
- Familiarity with APIs and how systems connect end-to-end
- Clear communicator who turns customer insights into actionable requirements
- Bonus: version control (Git) and/or basic programming exposure
