What You’ll Do
- Serve as the technical and architecture lead for client engagements implementing agentic AI solutions
- Architect and develop agentic AI systems using Azure AI services and third-party platforms via xAI’s API
- Design end-to-end architectures leveraging Azure services, LLMs, agent frameworks, and secure data pipelines
- Oversee implementation of AI solutions in Azure, including integration, testing, and model training where applicable
- Ensure compliance with standards such as GDPR and HIPAA, and align with Azure security best practices
- Monitor solution performance using Azure monitoring tools
- Translate business requirements into actionable solution architectures with product owners, project managers, and engineering teams
- Define interfaces, APIs, microservice architectures, and orchestration strategies for intelligent agent workflows
- Lead architectural reviews, participate in sprint planning, and align delivery with DevSecOps and MLOps best practices
- Evaluate new tools, models, and AI patterns that support customer goals
- Produce architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical artifacts for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging AI and cloud technologies, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training
What You Need
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or architecture roles
- 3+ years delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience architecting and delivering agent-based AI systems, LLM-integrated applications, or intelligent automation platforms
- Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Proficiency in Python, R, or C# for AI model development
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful API design, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with Azure security, compliance, and identity/access management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including working with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Customer-centric approach with focus on measurable business value
- Experience delivering software projects in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate and/or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications (preferred)
