What You’ll Do
- Design and develop AI/ML systems, including generative AI and LLM-enabled solutions
- Build model and data pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
- Evaluate and deploy models across large, multimodal datasets
- Apply deep learning and ML techniques to generate business insights and improve decision-making
- Automate processes and build infrastructure that supports the AI team’s delivery speed
- Collaborate closely with data science, product, and analytics teams to ship useful solutions
- Drive standardization, optimization, and scalable “gold standard” engineering practices
What You Need
- 5+ years implementing AI/ML solutions in real environments
- 3+ years with frameworks/tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost (or equivalents)
- Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience deploying ML models and maintaining data/code pipelines
- Familiarity with LLM tooling and RAG stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Azure AI Studio, vector databases)
- Strong data skills (SQL, Azure Data Factory) or big data tooling (Hadoop, Spark)
- Solid software engineering habits: CI, unit/integration testing, code reviews
- Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness/ability to travel as needed
