What You’ll Do
- Design and develop AI algorithms and systems for clinical applications
- Evaluate and deploy models that work with complex, multimodal datasets
- Use deep learning, neural networks, and ML techniques to generate insights and support decision-making
- Build automation and infrastructure to support the AI team and collaborators
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver production solutions
- Drive standardization and optimization to scale AI impact across a large client base
- Contribute to innovation across generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and model pipelines
What You Need
- 5+ years implementing AI/ML solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience designing and evaluating ML systems)
- 3+ years experience with frameworks/tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost (or equivalent)
- Experience with MLOps concepts, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and AI toolsets
- Experience building data/code pipelines and deploying ML models
- Familiarity with LLM-enabled tools and retrieval techniques (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Azure AI Studio, vector databases, RAG patterns)
- Strong database skills (SQL, Azure Data Factory, etc.) or big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark)
- Understanding of software development best practices (CI, testing, code reviews)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- 7–10 years total experience noted for the role
- Ability to travel as needed
