Compensation
- $175K – $200K salary range

What You’ll Do
- Identify and execute high-ROI opportunities for AI-driven process optimization
- Prototype, iterate, and deploy internal AI tools that drive productivity
- Define and implement AI governance frameworks for security and compliance
- Partner with teams to ensure adoption of AI solutions and best practices
- Build organizational knowledge through documentation, standards, and training
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in software engineering/digital transformation, with 2+ years in AI/ML
- Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience deploying secure, scalable AI systems and data pipelines
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of business process optimization and change management
