Responsibilities
- Generate creative concepts and assets using AI tools, aligning with brand and campaign goals
- Refine AI prompts for high-quality output across formats and styles
- Integrate AI-generated content into production workflows, fostering innovation and collaboration
- Lead projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring originality, impact, and consistency
- Provide hands-on creative direction and feedback, connecting execution to strategy
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting emotional intelligence and inclusivity
- Champion experimentation and a test-and-learn approach to creativity
- Lead client-facing presentations and build trust through clear creative rationale
- Foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team environment
- Guide clients toward cohesive, insight-led creative solutions
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- 5+ years in a creative lead role guiding multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools
- Skilled in integrating AI tools into creative workflows
- Strong portfolio with branding, advertising, presentations, and AI-enhanced work
- Experience mentoring peers and leading complex projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining creative integrity and team well-being
