Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered tools and internal systems that automate manual workflows
- Use AI extensively to accelerate your own development and prototype cycles
- Identify high-impact operational pain points across the company and design automation solutions
- Rapidly prototype small utilities or agents and deploy them quickly into production
- Own architectural decisions around AI technologies and debug complex systems when AI falls short
- Partner with teams across the organization to ensure adoption and measurable value from automations
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, and API-driven automation
- Ability to build both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks
- High integrity and ownership over systems handling sensitive or business-critical data
- Up-to-date knowledge of current AI models, tools, and automation technologies
Bonus Points
- Experience building AI agents or workflow automation systems
- Background in healthcare, startups, or fast-moving operational environments
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or RPA tools
