What You’ll Do
- Define AI/ML system architecture across model lifecycle, data flows, training pipelines, and deployment strategies
- Evaluate and select AI frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, secure, and reliable in production
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases
- Guide and mentor engineers on AI best practices, architecture, and emerging technologies
- Lead technical reviews for quality, maintainability, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Work closely with DevOps and IT on integration, infrastructure, and operational readiness
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable plans for business and technical teams
What You Need
- 5+ years in software engineering, data science, and/or ML/AI engineering
- 3+ years in an architecture role
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data science principles
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or similar
- Experience with cloud AI/ML/GenAI services
- Familiarity with MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MicroVM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate clearly to non-technical audiences
Benefits
- Compensation: $150,000–$175,000/year (bonus eligible)
