Lead architecture strategy and delivery for enterprise-scale fintech software. You’ll drive architectural initiatives end-to-end, influence standards and design decisions across teams, and stay hands-on enough to build proof-of-concepts and ship code when it matters.

Backbone note: this is a true “architecture leadership” role, not a senior dev title with a fancy name. If you’re not comfortable being the person who says “no” (and explains why) while still owning outcomes across multiple teams, it’ll be a grind.
