📋 What You’ll Own
• Create intuitive site architectures and user flows
• Design wireframes and UX concepts that center real people
• Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Craft digital experiences that are useful, engaging, and beautifully simple
• Help clients understand users’ pain points, needs, and behaviors
• Communicate insights and design decisions clearly and directly
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and writers
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• A user-first mindset driven by empathy and curiosity
• Experience conducting and analyzing UX research
• Portfolio that shows innovation and smart problem-solving
• Solid grasp of information architecture and user flows
• Background in UX, design, HCI, or related field
• Respect for the power of words in digital interfaces

• Familiarity with VWO, Optimizely, or other A/B platforms
