Whether you’re shaping snappy animations for Instagram Reels, responsive email layouts, or Snapchat campaigns, your work will sit at the intersection of relevance and craft. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Storyboard and produce motion assets, short-form video, and animation
• Create mobile-optimized designs across social, email, and paid channels
• Stay nimble—turn around multiple pieces of creative daily or weekly
• Work hand-in-hand with social strategists and account leads to deliver engaging content
• Keep timelines tight and quality high, even with quick-turn needs
• Occasionally support interactive/web design (about 20% of role)
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of design experience focused on social-first content
• Portfolio/demo reel showcasing motion, typography, layout, and campaign experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or similar tools)
• Passion for storytelling within marketing limitations
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and hit deadlines consistently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-aware—can align design with audience engagement insights
