• Hybrid or fully remote flexibility

📋 What You’ll Own
• Partner with Art Directors on design execution across mediums
• Create innovative UI/UX designs alongside UX teams
• Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to bring ideas to life
• Work with developers to enhance functionality and user flow
• Deliver polished design work on time and within budget
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 1–3 years of hands-on design experience
• Portfolio that shows range, skill, and digital fluency
• Passion for human-centered, impactful design
• Ability to take feedback like a champ and run with it
• Self-starter energy with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
