As Art Director, you’ll lead concept creation and guide projects from brainstorm to launch—whether they live on desktops, mobile, kiosks, or interactive installations. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop bold creative concepts for interactive and experiential projects
• Lead design teams through execution—layout, typography, UX/UI, and branding
• Partner with UX and IA teams to build intuitive, future-facing experiences
• Collaborate with developers to turn vision into functional brilliance
• Manage timelines, budgets, and delivery in sync with project managers
• Help foster a collaborative, ego-free creative culture
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer with leadership chops
• Exceptional digital design portfolio (web, mobile, and experiential)
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and interactive trends
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with great communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable mentoring designers and leading design critiques
