As a Web Project Manager, you’ll lead website and eCommerce projects from kickoff to launch—bringing structure, vision, and hustle to every phase. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, dev, content, and marketing teams, while acting as the client’s trusted guide throughout the build process.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Manage mid- to large-scale website and eCommerce builds
• Lead discovery, planning, and creative collaboration from start to finish
• Translate business goals into sitemaps, wireframes, and content strategies
• Oversee development milestones, timelines, and QA standards
• Drive weekly client communications and set clear expectations
• Track budgets, manage project scope, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Use analytics and insights to shape UX and UI recommendations
• Support proposal development, estimates, and timelines for new projects


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of project management or web dev experience
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
• Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Proven experience working directly with clients
• Skilled in organizing complex projects with multiple moving parts
• Able to translate client needs into strategic deliverables
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable with both clients and team members
• Must be within driving distance of TheeDigital’s Raleigh, NC office

• Previous experience as a designer or WordPress dev
