Simetrik is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to help configure use cases through our No-Code/Low-Code platform. This role focuses on implementing scalable solutions tied to financial, operational, and accounting reconciliations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure each use case is delivered with accuracy, quality, and best practices.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Efficiently implement and configure customer use cases on Simetrik’s platform
• Apply mathematical logic and best practices for scalable, quality-first solutions
• Manage implementation timelines and ensure scope delivery
• Create clear documentation for every use case
• Communicate directly with client-side and internal stakeholders across departments
• Ensure successful handoff and onboarding of end users
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in finance, operations, engineering, or related fields
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills (entrance test required)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Basic Sciences

• SQL experience
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes
• Programming understanding (e.g., VB, Python)
